Reservation Policy.
At our resort, we are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and reliable booking experience. To maintain clarity and transparency, we have outlined our Reservation and Cancellation Policies in detail. These policies are designed to protect the interests of both our valued guests and our operations, ensuring fairness and efficiency at every step.
1. Modes of Reservation:
Guests may reserve their stay through the following channels:
- Resort's official website
- Phone or WhatsApp reservations
- Email communication
- Third-party travel agents or online booking portals
- Walk-in reservations (subject to availability)
2. Advance Booking Requirement:
- Guests are encouraged to book in advance, particularly during weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.
- Advance booking is generally recommended at least 15–30 days prior to the planned date of arrival to ensure room availability.
3. Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed with an advance payment.
- A reservation is only confirmed after successful receipt of an advance payment, typically 50% to 100% of the total booking amount.
- Upon confirmation, a booking voucher or confirmation email will be sent, detailing the room category, number of guests, duration of stay, and payment details.

4. Payment Options:
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Net banking
- UPI and digital wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Cash (for walk-in bookings or remaining balance during check-in)
5. Check-in and Check-out Timing:
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 Noon
- Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Identification Requirement:
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
- Acceptable IDs include Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID.
- Foreign guests must carry a valid passport with visa and complete C-form formalities as per government regulations.
7. Special Requests:
- Requests for specific room preferences, extra beds, or amenities are subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
- Guests are encouraged to mention any such requirements at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy.
1. Standard Cancellation Terms:
- 15 days or more before check-in: 100% refund (after deducting applicable processing fees)
- 8 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund, the full amount is retained as cancellation fee.
- No-show without cancellation: Treated as non-refundable.
2. Peak Season & Festival Bookings:
- During peak seasons (such as New Year, Christmas, Durga Puja, Diwali, Holi, etc.), and long weekends, bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Cancellation requests during these periods will result in 100% retention of booking charges.
3. Date Modifications:
- Modifications to booking dates are allowed up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability.
- Modifications requested within 7 days of arrival may not be possible and are treated as a cancellation.
- No date changes are allowed for peak season or promotional-rate bookings.
4. Group Booking Cancellation:
- For group bookings (5 rooms or more), cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
- Group cancellation terms vary depending on the size and duration of the booking and will be communicated separately at the time of reservation.
5. Early Departure:
- If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights.
6. Force Majeure Policy:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or any other force majeure events, the resort reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings.
- In such cases, either a full refund or credit note for a future stay will be issued at the discretion of the resort management.
Refund Policy.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 to 15 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, or service taxes incurred during the refund process will be deducted.
